  • Decide what you want to do when voicemail is detected – Contacta can retry multiple times or leave a message if required
  • Decide if you want any feedback from the recipient – this is done via the recipient’s phone keypad
  • Test your call
  • Select your recipients – the database can hold up to three landline/mobile numbers for each contact
  • Determine the campaign start and stop times
  • Launch your campaign

Contacta then converts your plain text message to audio using the latest text-to-speech technology and delivers your campaign. And it doesn’t stop there. With Contacta you can follow the progress of your calls and monitor your customers’ feedback via the website, so you know exactly what’s happening.
